Hallo zusammen, seit ein paar Tagen geht mein Drucker nicht mehr. Ich habe einen HP OfficeJet Pro 7740. Vielleicht hat er sich bei einem Firmeware-update aufgehängt. Wenn man ihn vom Strom nimmt, versucht er hochzufahren und geht dann aber gleich über, dass im Display nur noch das Haus-Symbol und das Zurück-Symbol leuchtet. Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich tun kann? Zurücksetzen mit einen Tastenkombination, etc. Ein-/ Ausschalter geht nicht. Auch die Patronen fahren nicht in die Mitte zum Tauschen, wenn man die Klappe aufmacht. Freu mich auf Lösungsvorschläge. Hello everyone, my printer hasn't been working for a few days. I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 7740. Maybe it hung during a firmware update. If you unplug it, it tries to boot up, but then immediately switches to the fact that only the house symbol and the back symbol are lit in the display. Does anyone have an idea what I can do? Reset with a key combination, etc. The on/off switch doesn't work. The cartridges also don't move into the middle to be swapped when you open the flap. I look forward to suggestions for solutions.
