Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

After some Windows Updates were done, my HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 no longer supports A3 paper - or so it seems. I cannot print A3 whatsoever at present. All printer settings point towards a "Photo tray" not "Tray 2". Happened this evening. Tried uninstalling, rebooting, clearing temp files, and then reinstalling full software (also tried with HP Smart & HP Easy Start) to no avail. 100% stuck. Might buy an Epson EcoTank printer after this and get rid of this lump of plastic and metal. Bloody sick of HP fun and games.

HP Recommended

Install the latest drivers from hp.com and the printer will work just fine. Do not use Microsoft drivers they are causing you issues.
