Are you able to make Photocopies?
Try cleaning the printhead and let me know how it goes
-
On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon
.
-
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.
-
Touch Clean Printhead, and then touch Continue.
A test page prints.
-
Examine the test page.
-
If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. If necessary, repeat these steps for the third cleaning cycle.
NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform all three levels of cleaning again.

I am unable to print in color with my brand new HP 910 color cartriges dated Oct 2022 with no country of origin marked on the box purchased at Staples.
Attempted the firmware update on HP Support but when get the screen to select the printer, it lists the correct printer by serial number but you cannot select the "Update" button, it is inactive. I hit "refresh" and nothing changes.

I have the same disappointment. Purchased in January. I had some difficulty at first printing after connecting to my wireless and doing all the setup. Finally, I managed to print some documents from my personal laptop and work laptop. I didn't use it again until now, and once again it fails to print anything. I try the diagnostics, which all say to reboot. Upon rebooting, it goes right into all the lights flashing, with error code 008E1E18 flashing on the screen.
I can't get into the settings, and the print doctor just can't find it now. I am searching for what this error code means, but have found nothing.
Piece of junk. My Epson was easy to install and never had communication errors with any laptops.
