I am unable to print double-sided (duplex) automatically. I have already tried installing all available drivers, and Windows correctly recognizes that the printer supports duplex printing. However, the feature does not work as expected, and documents are always printed on two separate sheets instead of front and back.
Any ideas?

Hey,
I think I’ve resolved my problem. Instead of using the HP Smart Universal Printing Driver for Windows V4 (64-bit) (5.06.1.3861), I’m now using the Microsoft IPP Class Driver.
Now I can print double-sided.

Hello @Milkocas
Please, try the procedures below:
How to set up double-sided (duplex) printing:
On your computer (Windows/Mac): When opening the document, select "Print" and, in the printer properties or settings, choose the "Print on both sides" or "Duplex" option.
Guidance: It is recommended to select "Flip on long edge" for book-style documents or "Flip on short edge" for notepads/calendars.
Shortcut: In the print shortcuts tab, select "Duplex printing".
Capacity: The printer supports automatic duplex printing on plain paper, ideal for home or small office use.
Best regards

Hello @Milkocas
Configure it on another device and test it to see if the same error occurs.
Best regards
