I've been trying to setup my new HP Officejet Pro 8128e and cannot access any features on the control panel as it appears stuck in a screen for "Firmware Updates". I can see on HP Smart that it already has confirmed auto updates for firmware changes. But as I enter "Continue" to continue, it's stuck and will not proceed to next screen. I can hear from the printer that it is acknowledging that I click on Continue but nothing advances.

Not sure how to clear that (appears stuck) as I'd like to make use of the entire Control Panel. Below the screen showing Firmware Updates, I can see illuminated what appears to be a "Back" arrow but do not see any "Home" or "Questions/Help" (i.e., ?) button as they appear in my Reference Information booklet that came with my printer.

Did already setup the printer and my cell phone via Wifi and am able to print from both. So know the main printing feature works. Just can't figure how to setup the Control Panel to operate on the printer?
