I am trying to set up my refurbished OfficeJet Pro 8130e printer.  I am getting the error message "Printhead Problem" during the set up.  The printer makes a loud grinding noise on the left hand side. I have tried taking out and reinserting the provided start up cartridges as instructed.  I can't update any firmware because I'm not even to that stage in the set up.  Please HELP!

Maybe you need to check if there are no paper jams inside printer and remove printhead for cleaning.

Thank you for your response.  Unfortunately the printhead is damaged, and I am in the process of returning the printer and getting a replacement.  I used the support links to initiate the return process from my emailed receipt. HP's live support member was efficient and prompt to move along my case.
