I have had this printer for several months and, generally, it works as designed with a specific exception. Color printing does not seem to translate colors correctly from Microsoft Office (or other spaces) to the printer. My primary branding color is teal (RGB 009193, C82 M12 Y35 K08). Now, when printing from a different printer (HP PageWide Pro 477dw) the colors print as configured, but when printing from my OfficeJet Pro, this color shows up more strictly as cyan/bright blue, instead of teal. I have already read https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_7871686-7871924-16 and attempted to follow the instructions there, but there is no "More Settings" option next to the "Color Settings" in my control panel. I am growing increasingly frustrated with this and, while it is a relatively minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, I don't love that I can't print branded materials in the correct color, and that even if I purchased a new printer, I can't be sure that the fixes listed on the support website will even be applicable if I run into a problem.
