HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 was working normally until it stopped printing.  When I select something to print the printer initially makes noises like it is spooling up but then it just stops.  If I select the job icon on the printer its says the current job is "Print" and it is printing... the circular arrow to the left is spinning but nothing happens.  I've tried powering on/off, unplugging the printer, and forgetting and reinstalling.  Nothing helps.  I cued a print job and left it for 12 hours and it still showed the message above.  The printer occasionally makes a noise like it is spooling up but then stops.  Help. This is my display on the printerThis is my display on the printer

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Please try these steps

- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and from the wall outlet or power strip.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to a wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
- Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Next ensure the printer Firmware. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
