HP support assistant showing an HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer with need to download an update, I do not own this device and can't figure out how to remove it. Tried left and right clicking on the device (does nothing) and none of the menu options appear to allow removal. Not sure how this even got added.

Just in case this helps anyone with my issue, I missed this option but finally figured out how to remove the offending device from HP Assistant. Top right of the screen, click on your name, drop down menu has "View Profile", click this, there is the option when you scroll down to remove any device.
