Hello,

Looking for ideas resetting the password for HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 Embedded Web Server.  I set a password using my password manager and then tried to log in with that same password.  I keep getting locked out.  Do I need to reset the password or???

Hi,

Use admin (all lower-case)  as the user, among your selected password.

 

If that fails too, you may follow 'To restore the printer to the original factory defaults' on page 184, and then reconnect the printer to your network:
