Hello, I have an issue with my printer, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series, running firmware MANHTNPP1N005.2129A.00.

I can print and connect remotely via IPv6, but IPv4 does not work. This is problematic because mobile devices cannot connect, and the online activation/registration of the printer no longer functions.

When I try to enable either "IPv4 only" or "Both IPv4 and IPv6", the setting automatically reverts to "IPv6 only".

I attempted to update the firmware:

  • Over the network, the update software seems not to support IPv6 and does not list the printer as an available device.

  • Via USB, I cannot check the required box before pressing Update.

I also tried all the restore options (Restore Factory Defaults, Restore Network Settings, and HP Secure Erase), but the problem persists.
