Hi @EDIAZ211,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

1. Check Power Connection

  • Ensure Proper Power Connection:
    • Verify that the power cord is securely connected to the printer and the power outlet.
    • Ensure you are using the original power cord and adapter provided with the printer.

2. Perform a Power Reset

  • Disconnect Power:
    • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
    • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait:
    • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect Power:
    • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and then reconnect it to the printer.
    • Turn on the printer and check if the display screen comes on and stays on.

3. Check for Firmware Updates

  • Update Firmware:
    • Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. If possible, check the HP website for any available firmware updates for your specific printer model.

4. Reset Printer Settings

  • Restore Factory Settings:
    • If accessible, navigate to the printer's settings menu to perform a factory reset.
    • Consult the printer's manual for detailed instructions on how to perform a factory reset.

5. Inspect for Hardware Issues

  • Check for Blockages:
    • Ensure there are no foreign objects or paper jams within the printer that might be impacting its startup process.
  • Inspect Screen:
    • Carefully inspect the screen for any visible damage or loose connections.

I hope this helps.
