I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e Series printer will not print. Let’s go through a few checks.

Check printer status and connections

Confirm the printer is powered on with no error messages on the control panel.

Ensure paper is loaded correctly in the input tray.

Verify ink cartridges are installed properly.

Confirm the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device.

Print a Printer Status Report from the control panel.

Clear the print queue

Open the printer queue on your computer.

Cancel all pending print jobs.

Turn the printer off, then back on.

Restart the computer or mobile device.

Send a new test print job.

Set printer as default

Open Printers & Scanners settings on your computer.

Select the HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e printer.

Choose Set as default printer.

Ensure the printer is not set to “Use Printer Offline.”

Print a test page.

Update printer firmware

From the printer control panel, open Setup > Printer Maintenance.

Select Update Printer.

Install any available firmware updates.

Allow the printer to restart automatically.

Try printing again.
