Dear HP Support,

I’m writing not just as a customer, but as a veteran IT consultant and former reseller who has sold over 50,000 HP printers to more than 5,000 clients over the past three decades. I’ve trusted HP to deliver reliable, user-friendly products—and until now, that trust was well-earned.

However, my recent experience with the HP OfficeJet has been deeply disappointing. Despite following setup instructions meticulously across multiple platforms—including Windows 11 on a ZBook Studio G6 and Android devices—the printer refuses to complete setup. I’ve updated the firmware, used both wireless and wired Ethernet connections, and even assigned a static IP to ensure stability. Yet the setup fails consistently.

This is not a matter of user error. It’s a failure in product design, driver compatibility, or firmware stability. And it undermines the very loyalty and advocacy I’ve extended to HP for decades.

I urge your team to treat this escalation with the seriousness it deserves. I am prepared to document and share this experience with my professional network and clients, many of whom rely on my recommendations for their tech infrastructure. I would prefer to continue recommending HP—but only if this issue is resolved swiftly and respectfully.

Please advise on the next steps for escalation, and provide direct access to a senior technical specialist who can assist in resolving this setup failure.
