The Date/Time on my printer is incorrect (1970!). There is no option under Settings to change date/time. What do I do to correct this information? Scans are coming into my inbox completely wrong because of the incorrect date/time info.

If you swipe down the home screen there is no time setting to change?

It seems as if it is not possible to change the time or date on an OfficeJet 250.

No indication for it in the manual.

No indication for it in the online help service from HP

I tried to ask the support but all I get is the same stupid and useless answers from the Chatbot...

I tried to install all the software available for this printer on the PC hoping it would somehow sync the time and date but no...

For me its a big problem - I can not use the function that sends the scan per email because every email provider blocks the email with the message: "Please note that the time and date information in your email header (RFC 5322) is not plausible. Reason: The time information deviates too much from the actual time."

Actually this function (send scan via email) was one reason why I bought this printer(+scanner).

Anyway.. unfortunately no support in this case from HP
