Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am the first use hp printer, especially HP Officejet 3830, when i wanna you use it, i must install the driver first, i know it, but i don't  know, what is must i choose to install full feature drivers, basic driver or HP easy start please answer my question?

Hello, it is so easy to answer your question, don't worry to choose package of your drivers, if you need complete packages like in CD in box which included all drivers and software just choose full feature drivers (Recommendation), if you need single basic feature you can select Basic feature driver, and if you need new way to connect with hp printer just choose HP Easy Start driver. You can download HP Officejet 3830 Driver  from HP Support Web.
