Dear community,

 

could anybody please provide me a driver for this printer/scanner? Unfortunately the drivers seem to have been removed from the FTP.

Hi @ferRX,

 

thank you for providing the software download. It seems to be the correct driver.

 

Unfortunately, the installation couldn't finish properly.

First of all there was an fatal error while running hprzl40.exe.  With compability mode set to Win7 for hprzl40.exe, the error didn't pop up anymore and the installation almost finishes.

Then there is an error while installing bing bar, which I ignored first... The Installation process runs to the last step "Produkt konfigurieren" ("Configuring..."). Nothing happened until confirming the bing bar error.  At the end a fatal error in hpzstub.exe occured and the installation process does rollback.

 

Uninstall using uninstall_L4.bat (%temp%/7zXNN.../util/ccc/uninstall_L4.bat) as described in other threads.

Checked printui.exe /s , used MSI Troubleshooter, etc.  . Reboot.

Tried again to install.  No success, same errors. Can't  install the printer/scanner.

 

With drivers provided by Windows10 the printer works, but this driver has no scanning functionality.

 

Anyway, thanks again for your time @ferRX.
