Is the printer connected to the router?
If so, then the new PC just needs to have the software install and to be told to look for the printer on the network.

If the printer was configured for Wi-fi direct then your new PC needs to look for it.

Let me know if you have a flex system (Wi-Fi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated when using the router type of connection.
