@seerg85, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Going through your post, I see that the printer throws incompatible ink cartridge error message. This could be an issue with the ink cartridge or the printer itself.

I'd first recommend you to replace the indicated ink cartridge if you have a spare one. Also, follow the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge to resolve the issue.

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!

I have a European model. And the 564 cartridge although you need 364 for the European version can this be the case?

@seerg85, Welcome to HP Support Community!

As per the description, I see that you've ink from a different region for the printer which is causing the incompatible ink cartridge error. To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

  • Where is the printer currently located?
  • Earlier where was the printer located?
  • Would you like to use the printer in the current location? If yes, we may have to perform a regional rest for the printer.
  • Could you provide the cartridge numbers for all the colors?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
