Product: HP OfficeJet 4657 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi all,
I've a strange problem with my HP Offijet 4657 All-in-One Printer.
I cannot say when the problem started but I cannot print in colour anymore, the option is missing in the Printer Preference, I can just print in black and white. I can print in colour by my smartphone. I've also created a new printer using an IP port, and I can print in colour with this alternative one because the option exists in Printer Preference, but I ofter receive an error if I try to print pdf files.
I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the HP software, I tried HP Print and Scan Doctor but it cannot fix my issue.
Does anyone know how to sort it?
Regards
