Hi folks, I recently had an SSD drive fitted to my putor, and everything works perfect on it, but for some reason, my printer will not recognise the laptop anymore. I have re-installed the software about 8 times from both the disc that came with it and from the HP website, and it still won't work. My computer can see the printer, but the printer is still saying that it has no connected devices. when I have tried the troubleshooter, it is saying that the problem is the software and to download a new copy from HP, but that just isn't working. Both devices are working perfectly fine individually and I am able to print from a tablet with the HP Smart App on it. totally frustrated. Any ideas?? Stevie 15
