After receiving a damaged or missing black cartridge message, I replaced the cartridge and cleaned the print heads. This failed to clear the message. I also reviewed a demonstration on the printer screen about replacing the cartridge. After the demonstration was completed, I could not back out of the demonstration. My printer control panel is now stuck in the demonstration with nothing else (home, return, tools, etc) displayed on the screen. Numerous attempts to perform a factory reset have not closed the demonstration. As a result, I am unable to access any of the commands on the screen to further attempt to fix either the printer control panel or cartridge error.
