Hello everyone,
This is my first question to the forum.
I am having troubles with my HP Officejet 6500A.
In fact I had a trouble with ink system failures error 0xc19a0020
I found a video on youtube how to enter system menu and reset. After reset the printer does not start at all.
I see a screen with a lot of square boxes and the loading bar for hours.
I suspect that it entered a system (or something else) mode which I cannot exit.
Does anyone of you knows how I can exit this mode?
Thank you

Hi @AndreasPap
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
It is not recommended to perform a reset on the printer on the basis of a video on youtube. This may damage the printer. And I guess the printer is not useable now.
We cannot perform any troubleshooting on the printer if the screen itself is not giving any options.
Let us try a hard reset and a power drain.
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Unplug the power cable, hold down the power button for 10 seconds and release it. Check for the issue.
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
