Product: Officejet 6600
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Officejet 6600 is not printing on my new laptop Mac OS Big Sur. The printer has worked ok on my old laptop. I installed the driver and HP Easy start but after adding the device, the last step to print the test page fails. It keeps saying the printer is not available. Tried with USB cable and wireless. The printer is installed correctly and I can see all the settings online. Not sure what else to try.:-(

Are you able to copy? Which software are you using to print on your MAC?

 

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
