HP Officejet 6970 - stuck at initialization

Hi,

let me describe the problem

My printer unfortunately has entered initialization mode, as I had some issues with my inks, and now I have a bigger problem.

I have genuine inks, but it is stuck at message: „use cartridges that came with the printer”

Is there any way to exit this mode, and use these genuine inks, they are brand-new.

I’ve been also trying to press back arrow, but it is disabled at this point.

I’ve been also dosconnecting the cord, each time it is going to initialization mode.

I would appreciate any informations that could help in this case.

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
