Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you wanted to change the date and time on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-In-One Printer.
I suggest that you follow the steps listed below:
1. On the printer control panel, where you see copy scan fax use your finger and swipe to the right until you see Setup.
2. Press Setup and then Preferences.
3. Press date and time.
4. Scroll down each column to set the date. Next set the time.
