Hello,

is it possible to scan and set documents direct from Officet 8600 to a Windows on Arm Laptop?

Connecting and priting does work. But I have problems with the scan of documents. If I choose "scan to computer" the printer says, that the computer is not connected and that I have to activate "scan to computer" in the printer software.

But that is not possible, because I can't install any HP printer software (maybe because of Windows on Arm). Only the Smart App. But in the Smart App, I cannot connect the scanner to my laptop.

Is there any software which can be innstalled on WIndows on Arm to set up the scanner?

How can I activate sending scaned documents direct to my laptop (in the HP Smart App)?

Hello @ChrG92 , how are you ?

Please, In this case, the printer does not have a compatible driver or system for this version of Windows.

Best regards

So it can be used for scanning?

Hello @ChrG92

As long as it has a compatible operating system, yes.

But the one that says it's ARM doesn't have a driver.

Best regards
