Product: HP Officejet Pro8600 N911g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus N911g printer has encountered a 'Printer Failure' Message which can not be bypassed. The printer is also offline. I have tried every trouble shooter I could find on the web, including https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03439615. I have not been able to install any firmware (because of the offline status), but 'HP Smart' says the firmware version is CLP1CN1829AR. Is this the latest firmware?
Can the firmware be installed with the printer offline, for example from a thumb drive?
Any other ideas?
Thanks,
