I am having problems with my Officejet 9010 Printer and want to do a full factory reset.

I have found out how to get into support menu and have found reset items, but there no option for a full reset only a partial reset.

I have done this but it has not even reset the network setting. The administrator password has reset to the same as the PIN label. It keeps saying setup incomplete and I need to sign into my HP account, but there seems no where to do this in either app of web service. I also cannot set up scan to email as setting are rejected, possibly because I am not signed in.
Can anyone advise?
