Thank you so much for this Trimla! Since getting this HP 9015, I'm constantly getting error messages or notifications about ink cartridges when they're low or right after replacing them, which cannot be dismissed, effectively bricking the printer. Every time I must scour the web high and low to find a solution. Yours has the advantage of not only being one of the simplest, but of actually working (unlike all the ones HP offers, including replacing my printer). It's painfully obvious the software on this printer is incredibly buggy and HP is focused just on making money from ink purchases and subscriptions while selling printers that are cheap, poorly provisioned and unsupported. Thank God we have ingenious people like yourself, who actually bother to share these handy tips with those of us endlessly frustrated with HP!
