Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4W0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My new HP 15.6 inch laptop PC 15-e2000 will not enable me to print to my existing printer. No probs before with my previous PC or Android phones.  Cannot rectify, no matter how many times I 'forget' printer and reinstall!  please help
