Hi,

I have an issue with HP Officejet Enterprise Color MFP X585. I have lost admin password, so I wanted to reset the printer to defaults via preboot menu. But the printer asks for preboot admin password as well. 

What can I do with that?

I have tried a lot of pwd combinations with no luck.

I also tried to change HDD inside and initiate the FW upgrade, but every time I stuck on preboot password request.

Is possible to reflash the whole unit somehow (boot from pendrive, serial connection, any usb utility....)? Reset some memory with cmos reset via any jumper?
