HP Officejet Pro 276dw not printing from laptop

I have an Acer laptop with Win 10 64 bit installed and updated. I have previously managed to print to the wireless connected printer but cannot do so now. I have trying reinstalling the printer, driver etc but no joy. I have used HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.5.2 and selected the Demo Page and then the Print Diagnostic Information options and the printer printed both times. When I try and print a Word doc I just get printing error. Any help very welcome, thank you.

Sorry to hear about your printing experience is not as great.

May i get more information:

1.  do you aware what is the latest Windows version updated?
2. what is the exact symptom/error message that you see when try to print?
3. if the issue still seen if you change connectivity to USB or wired?

Hi Ginnylemon, Thank you for your email.
In answer to your qu:
1. MS Win 10 Home. Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041
2.Error printing on HP7A9817 (HP Officejet Pro 276dw MFP) The printer couldn't print Microsoft Word - Document
3. I cannot do wired, only local wifi
4.Done all item 4 actions

Have also removed and reinstalled HP Smart

Have carried out a Safe Boot and restarted

Carried out a Clean Boot with no success

I have HP Smart installed and can print 'Printer status' and 'demo page' etc with no problem.

Still at a loss

There are 3 more digits after the build version of 19041. Could you provide that?

Example: February 24, 2021—KB4601382 (OS Builds 19041.844 and 19042.844)
