I am trying to print A3, so I had A3 paper in tray 2, but this tray is showing up as a photo tray on all the settings, even though I have set it to A3 on the printer and on the app.
So it won't allow me to print to that tray as it thinks it is a photo tray and the size options are limited.
Then I put A3 paper into tray 1, and that doesn't work either?

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware installed https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
