HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 Printer

Hi, my printer does not boot properly.

After the HP logo a message apprear and the keypad do not work.

Update required

A problem has occurred with one of the printer's critical system files. A printer update will be installed to fix the problem.

What i tried :

  • Uninstall the HP driver and do a full reintall via the lastest version.
  • Run the HP Scan and print doctor : can't detect the printer
  • HP Smart can't detect the printer
  • Plug the printer to internet with a cable to my router
  • Extract the latest firmware on a USB key in fat32, shutdown the printer, plug the USB key et power up the printer. After the logo, there is a progress bar but after 100% the error message above appear again. I try to find a older build of the firmware without success.
  • Try another USB port on my computer
  • Remove manually the Windows printer driver to let it detect with no sucess.

Thanks in advance
