HP Support, are there any news for the firmware update problem? I want to use eprint and because of this i want to get the 2011A firmware to my OfficeJet 8600 Plus.

 

Please help to fix the broken update tool.

are there any news on this topic?

 

I am also trying to update my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus N911g to firmware 2011AR, which does not work.

 

Current firmware is: CKP5CN1829AR
