I received some information from KrazyToad, followed all the instructions and confirmed what I already know is that my printer warranty has expired.  Great news; however, that was not what I asked.  I need to purchase a replacement printer head (Part No. CR322A) for the model of printer noted above.  I need information (website, store etc. ) as to where I can purchase this item as HP Canada does not offer replacement parts for this expired model.  Please help.
