Ran out of paper. Removed tray and added paper. Tray will not go in and this is an emergency. I run a tax business and have a 5:30pm appointment. Help please!

Remove the tray out completely and check if any part is broken or out of place.

Look for obstruction under the printer.

Make sure that the printer is on the flat surface.
