I brought black ink cartridge for printer, but out of the other colors. Can I print with only black ink cartridge? Keep getting error to replace other cartridges. Do I have to use all four cartridges to print?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the ink cartridge error.
I'm afraid, your HP Officejet Pro 8610 does not operate in single cartridge mode. HP Officejet Pro 8610 requires all the 4 ink cartridges to print.
I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the ink replacement.
