Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Officejet 8620 will not install the software. I have tried everything short of throwing it out of the window. Desktop computer ( HP ) is running Win 10. Was working great and than one day just wouldn’t connect. I got it so I can print but everything else isn’t working, software isn’t even installed. I need to scan from documents and I need the fax from computer. Seems many people have the same issue with no fix in sight. 

I even tried through the Win 10 HP Smart app. All it does is give me printing ability, nothing else

HP Recommended

I was on the phone with HP and they also remote accessed my computer for every bit of 3 hours. Very helpful and I was amazed how they wouldn’t give up until it was a 100%.

my faith in HP is restored!  Excellent customer service, should have called months ago
