Sharing information.

You cannot remove the instant ink subscription yourself from your printer.  HP must remove it after you discontinue service, you will keep getting errors even after you replace the instant ink cartridges.  None of the factory resets will resolve the problem.

Semi-hard factory reset does not work.

For your information:

Semi-hard reset:  press the back arrow 4 times (even though its not visible).  Go to support menu, arrow down to reset menu.  once you select the reset the screen will go black.  Press the power button to complete the reset.
