HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

My HP Officejet Pro 8710 can print wirelessly off my laptop, IPhone, IPad, but won't copy off glass or when placing document though feeder, nor scan. It states that the scanner is busy or needs to be connected to the computer. Also it says there are "driver" issues.

      Hello, WRF1952,

Try cleaning the large pane and the small pane with a soft cloth dampened with liquid glass cleaner and wipe well. turn off and on the printer, try.

Bernard, Thank you for that suggestion, but after cleaning both glass surfaces, I still am unable to print off the glass or through the document feeder. Also, I continue to get a message that states "the scanner is busy, try again when it finishes", and that I have a "driver error" when using the HP Scan and Capture app.
