Hi there,

this printer worked properly with windows 11 before update to the latest windows 25H2.

HP Smart has already contact to the printer, but i´m not able to include the printer in the actual windows version.

I tried with HP Smart, HP drivers and Windows printer integration.

With Wlan and with direct network connection.

Any ideas?

I´m very sorry, this driverdoes not work also.

In HPSmart everything seems normal, but when clicking the button "print documents" the app says that the printer is not installed in windows.
