Where can I download the HP Scan software to enable the OCR scanning ability?  The HP App can only do a simple scan.

Solution to the problem for anyone else having this issue:

 

The HP Smart is severely lacking. In order to get the correct software, you should download the HP Print and Scan Doctor application.  When you run this, it will then install the full 9020 series software and this will include HP Scan which adds much greater functionality.
