Hi

 

Can anyone help0 as I am tearing my hair out here!  I cannot get my printer to print I feel like throwing it in the bin!

It is ALWAYS going offline and nothing I do will change it.  I went onto YouTube and it said it could be the 'spooler' but I couldn't exactly where he meant - all his items ame up differently to mine and Ive tried everything and cannot do it  .........so any help would be really appreciated.
