The printer goes offline often. Sometimes the printer is online. When using the trouble shooter, the computer says it cannot communicate with the printer. When I remove and then reinstall the driver, the printer will print a couple of jobs. Ten minutes later it will not print.
Tap on the wireless icon on Printer Control / Display Panel
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers

Nope. Print/Scan Dr can't communicate with printer. While trying to set up static IP address, the IP address will not come up in the web browser. Remember: Sometimes things print, other times they don't, so we know that sometimes the computer and the office jet pro 9018 communicate. This computer ALWAYS communicates and prints on another HP printer in another room. Maybe I just need to take it back to Costco.
