My HP Pavilion 23 won't connect to my printer. It stopped functioning when I had my previous printer and I had to hard wire it. I have just purchased a new printer and again it's not connecting wirelessly. It's not the printer nor the router. It's something to do with the PC itself.

Is the computer connected to the WiFi and are you able to go online on the computer?

Provide the printer model number or the product number?
