@PHIL372, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

When you experience an issue where your printer does not print all the pages you sent, several factors could be involved. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Check Queue Settings

Ensure that the printer queue is properly set up and not interrupted during the print job. If the queue is turned off, pages may not be stored correctly for printing.

2. Check Printer's Memory

If the printer has limited memory or is handling very complex files (e.g., large PostScript files), it might not be able to process and print all pages in a job. Consider checking if the printer's memory capacity can be upgraded to handle larger jobs more efficiently.

3. Printing Settings

Ensure that the printer is configured to manage jobs properly. If nesting or other paper-saving settings are not correctly configured, they might affect which pages are printed. For instance, if queueing is off, the printer will not store pages in the queue, which might disrupt the print job.

4. Review File Settings

Ensure there are no issues within the document files themselves. Sometimes, missing page terminators or formatting issues can cause certain pages to be skipped.

5. Manual Intervention

Override the default settings by pressing the "Form Feed and Cut" key on the front panel if needed. This can help in attempting to print pending pages.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
