Product: HP PSC 1410
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Printer worked for 15 years and 4 generations of Mac. Stopped and indicated software problem. Found it was never hooked up to HP software! Tried to instal HP software, but none found for this printer. Now what?

@OmarKhayyam1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

 

Check the connectivity between the printer and the MAC

 

Click here to download the drivers for the printer from HP Support site.
