Installation is complete, the scanner is working, but the printer is not.

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

 

To better assist you - 

 

1)Are you able to make copies using the printer?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

3)What is the ink level on the cartridges?

 

Meanwhile, if copy works try the steps below:

 

 Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program. It will automatically diagnose and fix any printer connectivity issues.

Try the steps in the document Print job stuck in queue

 

If copy prints out blank, then try the steps in this document -Missing, Faded, or Dull Colors
